We collect your full name, email address, date of birth, and contact number at registration. When you make a deposit using Touch 'n Go or GrabPay, we also receive a payment reference number — not your full wallet credentials.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the in-account Help Centre or by emailing our privacy team. We will verify your identity and send you a structured copy of your data within five working days.

We keep your core account records for the period required under applicable Malaysian regulation after closure. Non-essential data such as browsing analytics is purged on a 24-month rolling cycle regardless of account status.

We share data only with processors who need it to complete a specific task — such as the payment gateways handling Boost and FPX transactions. Every processor is bound by a contractual data-protection obligation and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
